Lenza AI: the assistant and “Tasks”
LenzaBot collects requests from conversations into one list and tracks deadlines
The task
So that requests and agreements from chats do not get lost: see what I need to do, what I am waiting for from others, and what I am watching.
What I did
- Designed the “Tasks” section: the lists “New”, “My actions”, “Waiting for others”, “Watching”, with sorting and tags.
- The task card: linked chat messages, change history and quick actions — “Later”, “Done”, “Stop watching”.
- Worked out snoozed tasks (a deadline menu and a calendar), closing a task right from the composer, the “Events” tab, assistant dialogs and the connection onboarding.
The result
- All requests are in one place, each linked to its original message.
- A task can be snoozed, closed or put under watch without leaving the conversation.
